Maintenance plan for standby generator sets: (such as residential areas, buildings, hospitals, government agencies, scenic spots, factories and other places where power outages are rare, and standby generator sets are only used for firefighting, power outage maintenance, etc.)

Professional maintenance: On the basis of daily maintenance, maintenance can be done every six months or one year.

1. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the water, electricity, oil, gas, etc. of the generator set to confirm whether the unit is normal;

2. Run the machine without load for 5-10 minutes to allow the unit to be fully lubricated; judge the unit's operating status by listening, watching, smelling, etc.;

3. Replace consumables such as air filter, diesel filter, engine oil, oil filter, water filter, oil-water separator filter element, etc.;

4. Replace the cooling water tank coolant and water tank treasure;

5. Add battery fluid or distilled water;

6. After the maintenance is completed, check the unit again and clean it;

7. Run the unit at no-load for 5-10 minutes, record the performance parameters of the unit, make reasonable suggestions, and have the customer accept the results.

Maintenance plan suitable for long-term running generator sets: (such as construction sites, factories with frequent power outages, insufficient transformer load, project testing, places where city power cannot be drawn, etc., generator sets that need to be run frequently or continuously)

First-level technical maintenance of diesel generator sets: (50-80 hours) Add the following contents to the daily maintenance:

1. Clean the air filter and replace it if necessary;

2. Replace the diesel filter, air filter and water filter;

3. Check the tension of the transmission belt;

4. Add lubricating oil to all oiling nozzles and lubrication parts;

5. Replace cooling water

Secondary technical maintenance of diesel generator sets: (250-300 hours) Addition of daily maintenance and primary maintenance

1. Clean the piston, piston pin, cylinder liner, piston ring, connecting rod bearing and check their wear;

2. Check whether the inner and outer rings of the rolling main bearing are loose;

3. Remove scale and sediment from the cooling water system;

4. Remove carbon deposits in the cylinder combustion chamber and intake and exhaust passages;

5. Check the wear of valves, valve seats, push rods and rocker arms, and make grinding adjustments;

6. Clean the carbon deposits on the turbocharger rotor, check the wear of the bearings and impellers, and repair or replace them if necessary;

7. Check whether the bolts of the connector between the generator and the diesel engine are loose or stripped. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced.

Level 3 technical maintenance for diesel generator sets: (500-1000 hours) Adding daily maintenance, level 1 maintenance and level 2 maintenance

1. Check and adjust the injection lift angle;

2. Clean the fuel tank;

3. Clean the oil pan;

4. Check the atomization of the fuel injector.
