1. Pre-sales technical support
Actively assist the owner and design unit to complete the preliminary design work of unit selection, machine room design, and unit installation, maintain close communication and technical exchanges with the owner, go deep into the site, patiently, promptly and accurately provide all possible technical support, provide reasonable opinions and suggestions, and serve as the owner's adviser.
2. During the warranty period
If any abnormal fault occurs to the unit during the warranty period, we promise to provide free maintenance services to users (faults not caused by improper operation of users), arrive at the site for processing within 24 hours (or according to the actual traffic conditions), and provide compulsory warranty services to customers;
Remark:
(1) The warranty period is one year from the date of acceptance of the equipment.
Definition of warranty period: one year or 1000 hours of actual use (whichever comes first), or in accordance with the relevant terms of the contract, the supplier shall be responsible for warranty for any damage to parts or other failures of the unit caused by the manufacturer's negligence in assembly or improper design and selection of raw materials.
(2) Diesel generator set wearing parts, daily use accessories, human operating errors, negligent maintenance, etc. are not covered by this warranty.
3. Outside the warranty period
All spare parts are provided at cost price, and our personnel will go to the customer's site or the customer's designated location in time to ensure that the unit is repaired and can be used normally. Outside the quality assurance period, our company promises to provide lifelong tracking services to users.
