Recently, our company received an after-sales request from a long-term customer. The customer purchased UKAI diesel generator sets several years ago and requires the replacement and procurement of multiple spare parts during maintenance.

Four silent generator sets from Jiangsu Youkai Power were successfully dispatched to the customer’s project site after complete unit commissioning, performance verification, and safety inspections. The units strictly follow standardized production and factory acceptance procedures, with supporting services including installation and commissioning as well as after-sales operation and maintenance to ensure stable power supply for the project.

To address the challenge of difficult low-temperature starting of generator sets in off-grid environments in severely cold regions, our company has applied a fuel-fired coolant heating solution to this 100KW mobile trailer diesel generator set.

Recently, customer representatives visited our factory to conduct on-site inspection and testing of generator sets.
Our technicians provided live operational demonstrations and answered customers’ questions one by one regarding equipment parameters, operating performance, maintenance, and servicing.

Recently, a batch of white generator sets from our company has been fully packaged and sealed. Strict transportation protection measures have been implemented on site, and the equipment has passed comprehensive factory testing and is ready for delivery.

Recently, UK Power’s production workshop has been operating at full capacity, with multiple production lines carrying out manufacturing operations simultaneously.

Recently, two Yuchai YC6TH1070-D31 diesel engines arrived at the workshop. After unloading, they were immediately transferred to the final assembly line for assembly of the 650kW/720kW generator set order.

Recently, production at the Youkai Power workshop has been running at full capacity, with the team working overtime to complete customer orders. Multiple white silent diesel generator sets underwent load testing simultaneously. The tests covered 10KW, 15KW, and 20KW models, which are highly suitable for backup power, short-term power outages, outdoor mobile power use, and other scenarios.

Despite the intense midsummer heat, production is proceeding in an orderly manner at the workshop. An 800KW Yuchai diesel generator set from Jiangsu Youkai Power has completed full-unit assembly, full-load testing, and pre-delivery quality inspection, and was successfully loaded for shipment to the project site.
